Kinpoly & Pliith: Pioneering Sustainable Polylactic Acid Solutions

Pliith Biotechnology Co., Ltd., commonly known as “Pliith,” was established in May 2021. Kinpoly Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. (Kinpoly) operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pliith Biotechnology Co., Ltd. This strategic alliance enables Kinpoly to leverage Pliith’s expertise in PLA (polylactic acid) products, establishing a seamless industrial chain from polymerization to modification.

Through this collaboration, Kinpoly aims to offer comprehensive solutions in biodegradable materials, contributing to the creation of a sustainable living environment.

Kinpoly & Pliith project boasts a total investment of 8.6 billion CNY and spans a planned land area of 300 acres. The anticipated production capacity includes 350,000 tons of polylactic acid and 500,000 tons of lactic acid.

Leveraging the innovative “new generation of polylactic acid industrialization technology” developed by the Changchun Institute of Chemical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Kinpoly & Pliith focuses on polylactic acid industrialization.

With a holistic industrial chain spanning biomass, lactic acid, lactide, and polylactic acid, Kinpoly is dedicated to delivering high-quality, eco-friendly products and services aligned with green, low-carbon, and environmentally sustainable principles.
